We believe in the benefits of continuing education and provide tuition assistance and educational leave. Tuition assistance of up to $5,000 per year is available upon employment for nursing degree programs and after one year of employment for all other programs.

Because the average length of stay for patients is two to three months, depending on the type and severity of the injury, our staff develops rewarding relationships with the patients and their families.
