Benjamin Ingraham, DO

Benjamin Ingraham, DO, joined the CNS Medical Group and Craig Hospital in August 2022. Before coming to Craig, Dr. Ingraham was the Brain Injury Program Medical Director at the University of Utah/Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.

Dr. Ingraham received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Illinois. He performed his internship at Northwestern McGaw Medical Center in Chicago, IL, then completed his residency at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Chicago and his Fellowship in Brain Injury Medicine also at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab.
