Discover Sea Wolf: A Craig Hospital Adventure Program 10/3-10/11
San Juan Islands (Off the coast of Washington)
Please join us for an intimate 8-day, 7-night excursion to the San Juan Islands (off the coast of Washington) with Sea Wolf Adventures, October 3rd – 11th, 2019. Alumni will fly into Bellingham, Washington on October 3rd, where you will live on board the small cruise ship (only hold 18 people, 12 of which are from Craig) until October 11th. We will spend our days kayaking and exploring the accessible state parks. Hand cycling/biking will also be an option if we have enough interest. October is a magical month to visit this beautiful part of the islands: there are few boats around, the weather is beautiful, the migrating birds are coming through, Humpbacks are loitering to feed as they head south, and the Orcas may be feeding on the incoming salmon that are heading to their spawning streams.
Feel free to browse Sea Wolf’s Website under 2019 Adventures - San Juan Islands!
Prices have been generously reduced to $2000 per person (actual cost of the trip $4,500), which includes an initial non-refundable deposit of $300 to reserve your spot. We can accept cash, check or credit card. This price does not include airfare or tip to the Sea Wolf Crew. =
If you are in need of financial assistance, please inquire about our Adventure Scholarship.
If you are interested in attending, please complete the interest form as space is limited and cabins fill fast! Please note that the Sea Wolf is a small boat—an old mine sweeper—and has only 6 cabins, 3 of which can accommodate manual wheelchairs. Power chairs cannot be accommodated on this trip. We look forward to having you join us on this adventure!
