One day of giving...a lifetime of POSSIBILITIES

Support Craig Hospital on #COGivesDay, December 8, 2015

Presented by Community First Foundation and FirstBank, Colorado Gives Day is a 24-hour period to “Give where you live” by making online donations to the hundreds of charities featured on Community First Foundation’s online giving resource, ColoradoGives.org.

Craig Hospital also qualifies for a portion of a one million dollar incentive Fund donated by the First Bank. Every nonprofit receiving a donation on Colorado Gives Day receives a portion of the incentive fund, which increases the value of every dollar donated.

Learn More about Colorado Gives Day

Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving. For the sixth consecutive year, Community First Foundation and FirstBank are partnering to present Colorado Gives Day on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. Donations are accepted through ColoradoGives.org.

Community First Foundation, a community foundation serving metro Denver, created the initiative in 2010 with the financial support of Colorado-based FirstBank.

Tuesday, December 8, 2015, during a 24-hour period starting at 12 a.m. Donors can pre-schedule their donation!

No! Donors can live anywhere in the world. As long as they make their gifts through coloradoGives.org/craighospitalfoundation, their gifts will be counted to Craig that day.

The money Craig raises on Colorado Gives Day will go into the Craig Hospital Foundation’s Unrestricted Fund. The fund supports the Craig programs in greatest need, including programs that insurance does not cover, but make Craig Hospital a special place of hope and healing. These programs include Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research, the Patient Assistance Fund, Therapeutic Recreation, Adaptive Driving, Community Reintegration, Music Therapy, the PEAK Center and many more. Colorado Gives Day contributions provide the hospital with the most flexibility in addressing the particular needs of the institution.

Because of the $1 Million incentive fund!

Community First Foundation and FirstBank each contributed $500,000 to create a $1 Million Incentive Fund, one of the largest in the country! It increases the value of every donation proportionally.

Here's how it works: If Craig Hospital receives 10 percent of the total amount of money raised on Colorado Gives Day, Craig receives 10 percent of the $1 Million Incentive Fund.
