Sit-Nordic Skiing

Cross-country (Nordic) sit-skiing is a beginner-friendly sport and can be enjoyed by those of various abilities. However, the sport is still challenging and commands a certain level of physical fitness. It is a popular winter program and will definitely help in strengthening arms and shoulders.
