    Community Crisis Connection is a partnership of six metro-area community mental health centers providing crisis services through 24-hour walk-in crisis centers, mobile crisis and crisis stabilization units. These resources are supported by a 24x7x365 toll-free crisis support line at 1-844-493-TALK (1-844-493-8255) operated by Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners.

    For participants who have their own living situation, Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) BrainCare is a great option. BrainCare provides daily support for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury. We help participants relearn lost skills and grow toward independence and self-sufficiency through specialized living communities.
