Take a closer look at your skin. Be alert for areas and check for blanching. Skin that does not blanch is damaged.
Rear View Mirror
Use a mirror to check your own skin morning and evening. Ask for help holding the mirror if you need it. Look for red or pink areas on all bony points.
Timer for Weight Shifts
Use the timer as a reminder to do weight shifts every 20 to 30 minutes. Ask your team how often you need to do weight shifts.
IF IT'S RED, GO TO BED
Keep pressure off any red areas. Keeping pressure off the red area is the best way to heal damaged skin.
