Clinical care managers (CCMs) are critical members of each interdisciplinary team. CCMs provide assistance in patient and family counseling, education, accessing benefits, team coordination, planning for home, and advocacy.

Social Work Internships

The Clinical Care Management Department accepts advanced standing and concentration year clinical residency rotations for MSWs. Craig Hospital has two available residencies each year for inpatient and outpatient experiences. At this time, we have no availability for summer rotations.
