Community Reintegration is key at Craig Hospital to providing the continuum of services from inpatient into the community for patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and spinal cord injury (SCI).
The goal of the Community Reintegration program is to provide transitional services for patients returning to productive community-based activities such as work or school. We focus our services on the patient’s goals of being financially and socially independent. There is a distinct benefit to the early intervention for the promotion of returning patients back to productive roles in their community.
