For more than 50 years, philanthropy has been at the heart of Craig, shaping every corner of our campus and touching the lives of more than 35,000 graduates, their families, and their communities. Many of the world-class programs, therapies, and research initiatives that define Craig’s excellence exist because of generous donor support. These contributions ensure that patients receive the highest level of care, often beyond what insurance covers, making innovation and specialized services possible.

Donor generosity directly impacts the lives of patients by funding groundbreaking spinal cord and brain injury research, cutting-edge rehabilitation programs, and essential services that promote independence. Each year, nearly $3 million in direct patient support helps cover adaptive equipment, home modifications, caregiver training, travel expenses, scholarships, and emergency needs. This critical funding removes financial barriers and provides the tools patients need to reclaim their lives.

At Craig, every donor dollar is a catalyst for hope and healing. The unwavering support of our community allows us to dream bigger, push boundaries, and invest in the future of rehabilitation. Because of philanthropy, patients and families facing life-altering injuries don’t have to navigate their journeys alone—they have an entire network of care, compassion, and opportunity behind them.

When you give to another group or an organization, you know they do good work, but you don’t necessarily see it. But when you give to Craig, you see real outcomes – you see how the funds benefit people and allow them to improve emotionally and physically.
