Providing Long-Term Care
Working at Craig is different than working in other healthcare settings. Our teams show up every day to provide care for our patients and support for their families in some of the most challenging times – and they do so in a way that empowers our patients to break barriers and achieve things they did not think were possible. The atmosphere at Craig is one of hope, optimism, courage and determination.
The average length of stay for a patient at Craig is 73 days, and each patient is assigned a team of interdisciplinary specialists who provide care for them throughout their stay. This means that when you work at Craig, developing relationships with your patients and their families is at the core of our care model. In order to provide care that results in the high level of outcomes that Craig achieves, our staff get to know our patients and their families, learn what their personal rehabilitation goals are, and tailor their care plan to those goals.
