Aspen Heale

Aspen is a Colorado native and former NCAA athlete with an extensive background in neurorecovery and personal training.

She graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and in 2020 with a master’s degree in high-altitude exercise physiology. She spent three years as a certified medical exercise specialist, then moved to Los Angeles, CA, to become a clinical exercise specialist at a neurorecovery gym. She gained five more years of experience and contributed to the development of a patented adaptive exercise equipment system, the Mobilization Activation Station (MAS). She was also working as a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym in the Los Angeles area.

Aspen is passionate about neurorecovery and health and fitness, and she loves opportunities to bring the two together. She spends her free time weightlifting in the gym or exploring the mountains in her camper or on her snowboard.
