Brett Rowland

Brett was born and raised in Durango, Colorado. She attended the University of Northern Colorado and earned her bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise science and graduated with her master’s degree in exercise physiology in May 2024. Brett brings experience from an oncology rehabilitation facility prior to completing her graduate internship at The PEAK Center. She is very passionate about working with unique populations and brings a client-centered approach to the FES bike program and personal training to achieve the most out of each session. When Brett is not working, she enjoys coaching and taking group fitness classes, running outside, and watching TV shows and movies.
