Bryce Orblom

An Englewood native, Bryce Orblom developed a passion for cooking early in life, earning his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. He built a distinguished fine-dining career across Colorado—including roles in Aspen, Cherry Creek and Carbondale at restaurants such as Campo de Fiori, Acquolina and Restaurant SIX89—where he was honored with an invitation to cook at the James Beard House in New York. Since joining Craig Hospital in 2016, Bryce has been dedicated to enhancing the culinary experience for patients, families and staff. Now serving as Director of Food and Nutrition Services, he is committed to creating a warm, nourishing and accessible dining environment that reflects Craig’s values.

Outside of work, Bryce enjoys spending time with his two daughters and exploring the Colorado outdoors through hiking, fly fishing and time in nature.
