Elena Wuchner

Elena (Sirpolaidis) Wuchner is co-founder and CEO of EON Workplace, an independent office products supplier based in Denver. EON provides organizations throughout Colorado and the U.S. with office supplies, facilities and breakroom products, technology supplies, printing, and a wide variety of additional products and services for the workplace. EON’s furniture division, Environments Denver, provides comprehensive furniture solutions for workplace interiors, with services including space planning and design, project management, product reconfigurations, move management, and leasing.

Elena has an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked briefly in private equity and mezzanine financing prior to starting EON in 2001, building on her family’s history in the industry. In 2013, she was named one of the Denver Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” for her civic engagement and business accomplishments. In 2018, she was named a winner in the Denver Business Journal’s “Outstanding Women in Business” awards in the Large Business Owner category. In 2023, she was named one of OPI Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in the business products industry, and she was named one of the Colorado Titan 100 in 2023 as well. Elena is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2013, a program of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation.

Elena is passionate about community involvement and has volunteered with a variety of nonprofit organizations, including the Women’s Leadership Foundation, the American Red Cross, City Year Denver, the Colorado Pay Equity Commission, A Precious Child, and Goodwill Industries of Denver, which honored her with its Community Leader Award in 2016. Elena serves on the board of the Workplace Solutions Association (WSA), the trade association for her industry, and she is also an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a global leadership community for young chief executives.
