Jason Nupp, Psy.D., ABPP

Dr. Nupp is a Board Certified Rehabilitation Psychologist through the American Board of Professional Psychology and an Academy Certified Brain Injury Specialist through the Brain Injury Association of America. His treatment philosophy is integrative and based on a biopsychosocial understanding of human behavior. His work focuses primarily on the neuropsychological evaluation and treatment of patients with traumatic injuries to the central nervous system and the support of family members affected by these life-changing events. He has a special interest in the unique aspects of caring for patients with co-occurring brain injury and spinal cord injury. Dr. Nupp completed his M.A. in Clinical Psychology at St. Michael’s College followed by his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at The University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology with a specialty in Clinical Health Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. His pre-doctoral internship training was conducted at the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center followed by post-doctoral training at Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Nupp serves as adjunct professor at The University of Denver Master’s Program in Sport and Performance Psychology. At Craig Hospital, he functions as the Director of Clinical Training for doctoral externships and post-doctoral fellowships in the Department of Psychology. When he is outside the office, Dr. Nupp enjoys trail running, climbing, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and two active young boys in the mountains.
