Jim Beaudry

Jim Beaudry, MBA, serves as the Director of Administration and Board Affairs, reporting to the President and CEO and working closely with the Executive Team and Senior Team to lead a variety of strategic and administrative initiatives at Craig. He joined Craig as an employee in 2021 following a year as a strategic consultant and previously served as Craig’s Director of Special Projects.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in health services and policy research, community health, and administration/finance. Prior to joining Craig, Jim was Senior Director of Government, External Relations and Research at Kaiser Permanente Colorado, where he also served as Director of Research Administration and Director of Community Benefit & Relations during his tenure. His previous experience includes multiple research, administrative, and leadership roles over the course of 17 years at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine and as a business consultant serving the non-profit and healthcare sectors.

Jim and his wife, Amber, grew up in San Diego and have lived in the Denver/Boulder area since 1992. They have two adult children who are both CU Boulder grads. Outside of work, Jim enjoys hiking and biking and listening to a collection of music on vinyl, CDs, and cassettes on vintage stereo equipment that he repairs and restores.
