Lindsey Frazier-Gross, Psy.D., ABPP-CN

Dr. Lindsey Frazier-Gross is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist, specializing in working with patients with all acquired neurologic conditions going through the rehabilitation process. She provides psychotherapy and assessment to support patients and their families as they navigate their injury and recovery. Important factors in her work include supporting the grieving process, exploring identity, and building resiliency after acquired brain injury. Dr. Frazier-Gross has a special interest in understanding aging in the context of acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.

Dr. Frazier-Gross completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development from UC Davis. Both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees were earned at Alliant International University/CSPP in San Diego. Her pre-doctoral internship training was completed at UC Davis Medical Center PM&R in both an inpatient rehabilitation unit and an outpatient neuropsychology clinic. Post-doctoral fellowship training was completed at UC Davis Medical Center, Sharp Rehabilitation Center, and Advanced Neurobehavioral Health working with a lifespan population with a variety of acquired neurological injuries. When not seeing patients, Dr. Frazier-Gross enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as hiking, camping, yoga, jewelry-making, and travel.
