Vanessa Weikel

Vanessa is a Colorado native who enjoys dancing, doing yoga and spending time with her family, friends and dogs. Her other hobbies include paddle boarding, biking, and archery. Vanessa has been at the PEAK since 2019 as an intern, aide and clinical exercise specialist. Vanessa has a Bachelor of Science degree in health and exercise science from Colorado State University and is a Corepower-certified yoga instructor as well as a certified adaptive yoga instructor. She teaches yoga and dance classes at the PEAK center and is a health coach for the MENTOR program. Vanessa is passionate about neurorehabilitation and loves getting to work with people from all walks of life to help them reach their wellness goals and have fun while doing it.
